Can't thank candice and Ross enough!!! I was really fussy with choosing a car and they were so patient with me. I set my heart on a certain car and they worked there magic to make it happen! I am over the moon! Not only that they made sure all my sat nav was set up and working for me so I could get home safely as I didn't know the area they did not rush me and ensured I felt safe and put my happiness first. They explained everything to me as I knew nothing about finance as it was my first time and they made sure it all made sense to me. To top it off candice also phoned me later on to make sure I got home ok 👌 and she also went out of her way to collect me to get a car. The application was so fast too which I really liked! from my initial enquiry with Kelly she was very helpful and assisted in getting me approved for finance when i had very little doubt it would go through. had me approved with a very low rate. came in to the showroom Kully took over was again very helpful, made sure i could afford my payments and got me a fantastic deal on a Audi A6. he explained all terms and conditions perfectly having lots of good experience and knowledge made my buying experience simple comfortable and never pushy. cant thank these guys enough. will be back soon for an upgrade. defo recommend this company for anyone needing finance and a new car. thanks

I was turned down at the trade centre yesterday, loosing all hope for finance. I was called by kully at willenhall branch who had me approved in an hour. Came in today and driving away same day.
