Ucan Financial Services Limited (“Ucan”) is a credit broker. Your data may also be shared with other entities within our group of companies to include sharing your data with third parties who provide a service to us or our group.
Where you order a vehicle through our website, we may share your information with Our Group companies and third parties who are involved in the processing of your order and your finance application; the supply of the vehicle to you.
We may from time to time contact you about products and services available from Ucan which we believe may be of interest to you. We may do this by post or by phone unless you have told us in writing not to; and by e-mail, text or other electronic means if you have told us in writing that we can. You can tell us in writing at any time if you change your mind.
We will remain responsible for the way in which we and our group of companies and our agents and sub-contractors use your personal information. However, some of the third parties involved in aspects of your online order, our suppliers will also be data controllers of your personal information and will process your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
