Hyde Ucan car credit…

We had a great experience with ucan cars. They were fair and friendly. We were looked after my Nathan who was helpful and answered all our questions well, he also makes the perfect cup of tea. The car is in really good condition and they did us a good deal. Would recommend if you are thinking of buying a new car.

I purchased my first dream car (Range Rover Evoque) from the Ucan car credit Hyde branch!! Absolutely amazing staff, from my initial chat with Nathan who was very informative and answered all my questions very swiftly and bubbly, to meeting the lovely amber who made my experience truly pleasant with finding the right credit. I finally dealt with the branch manager Lewis who was very polite, understanding and courteous as when my car arrived to the branch he wasn’t happy with the condition of the alloys and without query or hesitation he organised to replace some stunning black gloss alloys without me even having to ask!! Overall I am extremely happy with the service provided to me and without a shadow of a doubt I will definitely be returning in the near future!

Amber dealt with my enquiry and made a deal that seemed almost impossible happen. Cannot thank her enough for all her help. Great service from start to finish and kept well informed. Transported my new vehicle from another branch the next day ready for me to drive away. Would definitely consider returning here in the future.

Great service at the Hyde branch! Only 2 hrs between me applying online and diving my new car away! Straightforward process and friendly staff. I dont have a great credit score but I got a great little car within my budget with no issues.

Julie is a magic lady she is my angel after being refused car credit somewhere else (for complicated reasons!) and she's managed to get me 10k credit somehow. How she did it I don't know but I was expecting to be lucky to get an old banger and I've managed to get a 14 plate Ford Kuga! Never go anywhere else if you need a car or especially if you are struggling for credit. This place is amazing, absolutely goes above and beyond for people they've even given us lifts because we live quite far and we've got a tiny baby. So so happy! Best customer service I've ever had. THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME AND MY FAMILY SO HAPPY.
